Can you manage the complete extension?
Yes. We can coordinate the build from groundwork and structure through to glazing, plastering, carpentry, flooring, kitchens and the final finish.
Do I need planning permission?
That depends on the size, position and design of the extension, as well as the property and local constraints. Some projects may fall within permitted development, while others require planning permission. We can discuss the likely route and coordinate with the appropriate design and planning professionals.
Can you match the existing house?
We pay close attention to brickwork, rooflines, openings and internal details so the new work sits comfortably with the original property. Where a contrasting contemporary design is preferred, we make the transition deliberate and well resolved.
Can we remain in the property during the work?
Often, yes, although it depends on the scale of the project and the parts of the home affected. We will discuss access, temporary protection, utilities and the key disruptive stages before work begins.
